Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, manage payroll and benefits administration in coordination with relevant teams, and ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.



Daily responsibilities include supporting managers with workforce planning, handling employee relations and conflict resolution, maintaining accurate HR records, and conducting trainings on workplace culture, conduct, and policies. The role also involves partnering with leadership to build a positive, inclusive work environment and supporting initiatives that enhance talent development and retention.
