Flecks Labs is a Hyderabad-based game studio building and scaling Roblox titles: anime ARPGs, simulators, and more. We're looking for a 3D artist who plays Roblox seriously and can build both the worlds players explore and the assets they chase.
What you'll do
• Build stylized 3D environments for new and live Roblox titles: hub worlds, combat zones, dungeons, and themed biomes
• Create modular workplace kits (buildings, props, foliage, terrain pieces) that the team can reuse to ship new zones fast
• Handle set dressing, lighting, skyboxes, and atmosphere in Roblox Studio so each zone has a clear mood and identity
• Design level visuals that guide players: landmarks, readable paths, and clear landmarks for quests and bosses
• Create characters, weapons, pets, and collectibles with clear rarity tiers for gacha and live-ops drops
• Build assets that hit Roblox's performance limits (poly counts, texture budgets, streaming, mobile) without losing visual punch
• Own the first-impression visuals: the lobby, the starter area, and the first five minutes of the player's journey




• Work with designers and engineers so assets and zones drop into the game cleanly, with no rework
• Tear down top Roblox games and pull out what makes their worlds and art style work
• Ship seasonal events, limited-time maps, and themed updates on a regular cadence

What we're looking for
• 1+ years making 3D game assets, ideally for Roblox, UEFN, or mobile
• A portfolio that includes environment work (scenes, modular kits, or full zones), not just props or characters
• Strong Blender (or Maya/3ds Max) skills: modeling, UVs, texturing, and a clean export pipeline into Roblox Studio
• Comfort building and dressing levels directly in Roblox Studio (terrain, meshes, lighting)
• Strong sense of composition, color, and silhouette in stylized or low-poly work
• Understanding of optimization: LODs, modular reuse, mesh and texture limits, draw calls, streaming
• Real fluency in Roblox as a platform: its art
