About the RolePERICENT® is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify B2B sales opportunities for our docEdge® DMS and bpmEdge® BPM & Workflow Automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities• Identify and research potential B2B customers and decision-makers.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and online research.
• Understand prospect business challenges related to Document Management, Workflow and Process Automation.
• Qualify leads and convert prospects into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
• Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the Sales/Pre-Sales team.
• Maintain accurate lead information and follow-ups in CRM/HubSpot.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture potential opportunities.
• Support Sales with relevant prospect insights and requirement details.
• Maintain daily activity and sales reports.
• Continuously develop knowledge of DMS, BPM,



workflow automation, and enterprise software.

Key KPIs• 40–60 qualified prospects/week
• 25–40 outbound calls/week
• 40–60 targeted emails/week
• 4+ accepted SQLs/week
• 3–5 discovery/demo meetings/week
• 100% CRM update discipline

Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong research and lead-generation ability.
• Confident and skilled approach.
• Good follow-up and objection-handling skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
• Interest in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Software Sales is preferred.

EducationGraduate in any discipline. Freshers with strong communication and a sales-oriented mindset are welcome.
