Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru,



responsible for driving sales growth and market share for Cera Chem’s construction chemical products within the assigned territory. In this position, the individual will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage relationships with existing customers, and work closely with contractors, architects, engineers, distributors, and project owners to promote the company’s product portfolio. Daily activities include meeting clients on-site, conducting product demonstrations, providing technical guidance in coordination with the technical team, and negotiating pricing and contracts within company guidelines. The role also involves planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring competitor activity, forecasting sales, and preparing regular reports on performance and market trends. The Area Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams, support marketing initiatives, and ensure high standards of customer service and post-sales follow-up.
