Compensation: ₹12 LPA fixed + ESOP (vesting after 18 months), based on experience

RELAI is India's first structured, data-backed property advisory platform for home buyers. We don't push sales. Every project is evaluated with our proprietary GRID score, and our advisors guide buyers from the first search through to the final transaction, at zero cost to the buyer. We're live in Hyderabad, expanding in Bengaluru, and building the most trusted brand in Indian real estate.

The role
You will own RELAI's brand and content engine end to end. Your job is to turn our data and our buyers' real stories into content people trust enough to act on. You will work directly with the founder and shape his public voice, and you'll lead a small team (performance marketing, video/editing, design freelancers).

What you'll own
• Brand: Voice, messaging and consistency across web, social, print and builder-facing material, in line with our brand guidelines




• Content engine: A weekly newsletter, locality pages for search, a quarterly GRID report, and a social calendar across LinkedIn, X, Instagram and YouTube
• Founder voice: A system that turns the founder's voice notes and ideas into sharp posts and long-form pieces, in his voice
• Buyer stories: Verified customer stories (including Telugu-English formats) that build trust in the community
• Launch marketing: City-launch campaigns for Bengaluru, including events, PR and community seeding
• Team and vendors: Direct the performance marketer, video editor and freelancers, and set quality standards
• Measurement: Content-to-lead performance, with a weekly dashboard you share with the sales and growth heads

You are a fit if you have
• 4–6 years in brand, content or growth marketing at a D2C, fintech, proptech, edtech or consumer-internet company
• A portfolio of content you personally built that
