Role Description The Senior Customer Service Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Vasai, responsible for delivering high-quality service and support to passengers. This role includes handling customer inquiries and requests, resolving issues related to bookings, check-in, baggage, and flight information, and ensuring each interaction is courteous and efficient.



The position involves managing escalations, monitoring service quality at the station, and coordinating with operations, ground staff, and other teams to maintain a smooth passenger experience. The Senior Customer Service Executive will guide and support junior team members, follow company policies and safety procedures, and help uphold IndiGo’s standards for on-time performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills for handling passenger interactions and resolving queries.
• Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management skills to monitor service quality and manage escalated issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills and clear verbal and written communication abilities, with fluency in English and local languages preferred.
