Eon Infotech Limited is hiring a Corporate Sales Manager or B2B Sales Manager in Mohali to drive B2B expansion for our GPS Tracking & Telematics solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire recent customers across Corporate, SME, Institutional, and Government segments.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, present solutions, negotiate, and close deals.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop industry-specific sales strategies.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Monitor sales targets, pipeline, forecasts, and regularly report business performance to management.
• Coordinate with Operations and Accounts for smooth service delivery, customer satisfaction, and receivables.
• Work with technical teams to develop customized solutions for customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and travel extensively across India.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science,



Engineering, or related field; MBA in Marketing/Business preferred.
• 5+ years of experience, including at least 2 years in B2B/Corporate Sales or Business Development.
• Experience in Vehicle Tracking, GPS, Telematics, Fleet Management, or Asset Tracking is preferred.
• Experience with Cement, RMC, Dairy/Milk Processing, Food, FMCG, Logistics, or Perishable Commodities will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into business.
• Self-driven, proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure.
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
