About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior PPC / Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
The ideal candidate should be highly data-driven and capable of independently managing campaigns, optimizing ad spend, generating qualified leads, and scaling campaigns profitably.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.
• Manage Google Ads/PPC campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube.
• Develop and execute full-funnel paid marketing strategies.
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets for maximum ROI.
• Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate & ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, ad copies and landing pages.
• Develop retargeting and lookalike audience strategies.
• Work with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Track campaigns using Meta Pixel,



Conversion API, GA4 & Google Tag Manager.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for scaling.
• Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights.
• Work closely with sales and business teams to improve lead quality and conversions.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in PPC / Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads.
• Proven experience in lead generation and conversion campaigns.
• Experience managing substantial monthly advertising budgets.
• Strong understanding of paid marketing funnels, targeting and retargeting.
• Positive knowledge of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel & Conversion API.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Agency experience is a plus.
