Role Overview
As a Senior Public Policy Executive, you will work closely with The Reppro’s Public Policy team to drive ongoing research, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. A primary component of this role is leading, mentoring, and managing our team of executives and junior executives to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in and lead stakeholder mapping and relationship management, including government and public engagement.
• Participate in and lead internal and client meetings, document discussions, oversee the preparation of minutes,



and track project progress.
• Manage, mentor, and oversee a team of Executives and Junior Executives, guiding their daily tasks and professional development.
• Support, review, and finalize the drafting and editing of policy briefs, reports, and communication materials.
• Conduct and oversee secondary and primary research on current policy issues, relevant regulations, and government programs.
• Compile, review, and analyse qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable policy insights.

Key Requirements
• 1-3 years of work experience with stakeholder management, institutional outreach, and public policy (including team management experience).
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. A specific public policy degree is not required; instead, candidates must demonstrate a strong aptitude for and clear interest in public policy, governance, and the education and skills development sectors.
