Role Overview

You have already led a women’s apparel brand. You know what happens between a promising collection concept and a customer deciding whether to buy again: fit, fabric, pricing, presentation, availability, delivery, and how the garment feels after several wears. We’re looking for someone who can bring that experience to Agent84 and Skivys—and take responsibility for what comes next. Agent84 is our women’s athleisure brand. Its next chapter needs a stronger identity, a more dependable fit experience, and more reasons for customers to return. We see an opportunity to build on the intrigue of the “Agent” name: a distinctive personality expressed through collections, campaigns, collaborations, and the way the brand speaks. That identity must be supported by clothes women feel confident ordering and wearing. Skivys brings together lounge, sleep, and everyday dressing. Its next chapter needs sharper product differentiation, consistent quality, and a clearer understanding of the women it serves.



That includes customers with fuller busts who need more useful guidance and better product solutions. We also want to explore where the brand can credibly grow: maternity, sleepwear, underwear, and selective wholesale opportunities. You will lead both brands, with a separate strategy, customer understanding, and commercial plan for each. Shared resources should make execution more effective while preserving what makes each brand worth choosing. This is a role for someone who enjoys making the whole business work. You should be comfortable reviewing a fit issue with a supplier, challenging an inventory order, briefing a campaign, examining repeat-purchase behavior, and deciding which growth opportunity deserves investment.
