We are looking for an experienced R&D; Manager – Waterproofing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in waterproofing product formulation, development, testing, and scale-up within the Construction Chemicals industry.
? Key Responsibilities• Lead development and optimization of waterproofing formulations.
• Work on cementitious, polymer-based, acrylic, PU and other waterproofing systems.
• Drive new product development, laboratory trials, testing, and scale-up.
• Evaluate raw materials, polymers, additives, and formulations.
• Troubleshoot product issues and conduct RCA & corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, Procurement, and Technical teams.




• Support product commercialization and cost optimization.

? What We’re Looking For• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Construction Chemicals / Waterproofing R&D.;
• Strong hands-on experience in waterproofing formulation and product development.
• Degree/Master’s in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Good knowledge of cement chemistry, polymers, additives, and construction chemical raw materials.
• Solid problem-solving and team-management skills.
