Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for driving results while ensuring sales & compliance? We’re looking for an experienced Team Manager & Team Leader with 5+ years of proven managerial & Team handling experience in domains like BFSI/NBFC, B2C sales, or B2B sales (not retail/showroom).

1.Lead & manage a sales team to achieve targets
2.Drive revenue through consultative & solution-based selling
3.Ensure compliance with sales processes & client agreements
4.Mentor, train & guide your team to success Collaborate with cross-functional teams for client satisfaction
5.Handle escalations & deliver timely solutions

What We’re Looking For~
4+ years as Sales Manager/Team Leader in NBFC or BFSI Service/B2B sales




Excellent communication & people-management skills
Robust knowledge of sales strategy & compliance
Proficiency in CRM tools & reporting
Ability to inspire, motivate & drive a high-performing team

*Kannada and Hindi language proficiency will be an added advantage.
