Nalli's e-commerce division is growing rapidly and is seeking a Financial Report Analyst who will help to drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics, designing reports and provide suggestions based on their findings. As a Financial Report Analyst, one must have the ability to effectively communicate the results of your analysis is critical.

Ideal Candidate
• 2–5 years of experience in MIS, business reporting, data analysis, or business analytics.
• Strong Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, dashboards and data visualization.
• Experience in Power BI and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in MIS automation and improving reporting processes.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data,



identify trends and derive actionable insights.
• Positive understanding of business and financial KPIs/ratios.
• Ability to identify anomalies or performance gaps and investigate the underlying reasons.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and insights clearly to business stakeholders.  B.Com / M.Com / Finance or a relevant analytical background.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Prepare and publish daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports covering key business KPIs.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of business data, reports and databases.
• Analyze business performance to identify trends, gaps, anomalies and areas of concern.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) whenever there is a significant deviation or anomaly in business KPIs, identify the underlying issue and flag it to the relevant stakeholders.
