ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an organised, proactive professional to manage business operations, procurement,



vendor coordination, and compliance activities — with a planned transition into Customer Support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage purchase/procurement activities, quotations, and purchase records
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external consultants
Handle compliance coordination, including DPDP documentation, trademark renewals, and compliance trackers
Maintain operational records, documentation, and internal trackers
Coordinate with Finance, HR, Technology, and Management on operational needs
Progressively take ownership of customer support, ticket handling, and issue resolution
