Role Description This is a full-time, in office Quality Control Executive role based in Gurugram, focused exclusively on the travel industry, with a salary of up to 35,000 and requiring approximately one year of relevant experience. The Quality Control Executive will review travel bookings, itineraries, and documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance with company policies, and alignment with client requirements. The role involves monitoring service quality across vendors and internal teams,



identifying errors or process gaps, and recommending corrective actions. The individual will assist in maintaining quality standards, documenting quality checks, and supporting audits or internal reviews. Collaboration with operations, customer service, and sales teams is expected to resolve issues, improve workflows, and enhance the overall traveler experience.
Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills to review data, identify discrepancies, and support decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience in quality control and quality assurance, preferably within the travel industry.
• Knowledge of laboratory-style testing or procedural verification and calibration concepts relevant to process checks.
