The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with customers, generating leads, managing follow-ups, coordinating site visits, and converting prospects into customers. Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through channel partners, references, databases, digital platforms, and other relevant sources.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
• Interact with customers and qualify leads based on project suitability.
• Coordinate with the internal team for lead allocation, follow-ups, and site visits.
• Schedule and coordinate customer site visits.
• Follow up with prospects regularly and drive lead conversion.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.




• Track lead status, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and property consultants.
• Identify new lead-generation and sourcing opportunities.
• Work towards assigned lead generation, sourcing, site-visit, and conversion targets.
• Monitor competitor projects, market activity, and customer trends.
• Prepare regular sales and pipeline reports.
• Ensure timely CRM updates and adherence to sales processes.
