Manager responsible for Direct Tax, GST and International Taxation matters for AMC, Mutual Fund and offshore fund structures. Key responsibilities include tax compliance, tax provisioning, assessments, GST reviews, advisory, international taxation, DTAA analysis, withholding taxes, transfer pricing coordination, GIFT City/IFSC structures, cross-border transactions and tax governance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage corporate tax, TDS/TCS, tax provisioning, return filing, assessments, and litigation.
• Oversee GST compliance, reconciliations, audits, notices, and advisory matters.
• Provide tax support for mutual funds, AIFs, PMS, offshore funds, and IFSC/GIFT City structures.
• Evaluate cross-border transactions, DTAA implications, withholding tax obligations, PE/POEM exposure, and transfer pricing matters.
• Support foreign investor structures, feeder/master fund arrangements, and international fund launches.
• Review new products, business initiatives, contracts, and transactions from a tax and regulatory perspective.
• Drive tax governance, internal controls, process automation,



and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Prepare tax updates and management notes for senior leadership, Audit Committee, Trustees, and Board.

Qualification & Experience
• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 6-10 years of post-qualification experience
• Preferred experience in AMC, Mutual Fund, Financial Services, Big 4, or tax consulting environments
• Solid exposure to Direct Tax and GST with working knowledge of international taxation and fund structures
