Role Description You will oversee the integration and preparation of robotic hardware, from PCB-level rework through final testing. Responsibilities include precision soldering and desoldering of SMD components, including 0603, SOIC, and QFP packages; diagnosing circuit faults using multimeters and digital oscilloscopes; installing PCBs in impact-resistant enclosures and assembling wire harnesses and connectors; applying IP-rated sealants; and completing functional tests to verify each robot is ready for field deployment.
Qualifications
Ability to interpret circuit diagrams and assembly drawings
Proficiency with soldering irons, crimping tools, and adhesive application tools
Ability to maintain an accurate bill of materials (BOM)
