About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and driven individuals to join our Sales Operations & Calling team.
The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, prospect qualification, follow-ups, meeting coordination, sales support, and maintaining accurate sales data.
This is a great chance for freshers and early-career professionals who want to build hands-on experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Interaction, and Fintech.

Key Responsibilities




• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Supermoney's products and solutions.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, online research, and other relevant channels.
• Understand prospect requirements and qualify potential leads based on defined criteria.
• Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team for further discussions.
• Maintain accurate lead information, call records, follow-up status, and sales trackers.
• Update CRM and other internal sales systems regularly.
• Conduct basic research on companies, prospects, and target markets.
• Support the sales team with daily coordination, reporting, and sales-related activities.
