Role Description The Machine Design Head is a full-time, on-site role based in union territory of Daman and Diu Region. This role is responsible for leading the design and development of customized machines, overseeing the end-to-end design process from concept to production. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the design team, setting design standards, reviewing and approving design specifications and drawings,



and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, quality, and automation. The Machine Design Head will interact with clients to understand technical requirements, propose design solutions, and ensure that deliverables meet performance, safety, and regulatory criteria. The role also involves optimizing designs for cost, reliability, and manufacturability, mentoring team members, and introducing best practices and recent technologies in machine design.
Qualifications

• Strong Design Management skills, including team leadership, project coordination, and design process optimization.
• Proficiency in Product Design and Visual Design, with the ability to translate functional requirements into robust, user-centric machine designs.
• Experience with Branding and Industrial/Interior Design principles to ensure equipment and systems align with client environment and identity where relevant.
• Extensive experience in mechanical machine
