Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a US IT Recruiter Fresher based in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting end-to-end recruitment activities for IT positions in the US, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.



The recruiter will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and build suitable candidate pipelines. Daily responsibilities include updating applicant tracking systems, managing candidate communication, and assisting with offer coordination. The role also involves learning and applying best practices in technical recruiting, understanding US market trends, and maintaining accurate recruitment documentation.
Qualifications
• Ability to support Full-life Cycle Recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and follow-up.
• Foundational knowledge or strong interest in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for various technology roles.
