Job Description:
• Product/Content Enablement roles
• The resources will work closely with the QA/Test teams to understand current features, enhancements, and deliverables, but will not perform testing activities.
• Following product delivery, they will be responsible for creating user-facing content, including training materials, user guides, instructional videos etc.
• The content will be published to the Tech Mobile App by the development team and consumed directly by field technicians/end users.
The ideal candidates may possess a combination of the following skills, though please use your judgment in identifying the best fit profiles based on the above requirement given by the client:
