About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Media & Content Creator who can take an idea from:
“We should make this” → Shoot it → Edit it → Publish it → See how it performs.
This is not a role where you’ll just manage a content calendar or schedule posts.
We’re looking for someone who can ideate, create, shoot, edit, write, publish and analyse content across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
If you’re someone who is always thinking about content, understands what makes people stop scrolling, and loves turning beautiful spaces,

people and everyday moments into interesting stories — we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do
• Ideate content — Come up with fresh, creative ideas around interiors, our projects, design, styling, trends, people and our brand.
• Plan content — Build content calendars and social media plans for Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Shoot content — Record Reels, videos, photos, behind-the-scenes content, interviews, project walkthroughs and other social-first content using a phone/camera.
• Create & edit — Turn raw footage and photos into engaging Reels, short-form videos, carousels, Stories and other social creatives.
• Write content — Create strong hooks, captions, CTAs, scripts and social media copy.
• Publish & schedule — Manage the end-to-end publishing process and ensure content goes out consistently and on time.
• Manage social media — Help grow and manage our Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube presence.
