About THERAPY
THERAPY is Mumbai's offline antidote to burnout: an entertainment-first, all-day cafe and cocktail bar where people come to celebrate, cope, or simply breathe. We run outlets in Khar, Dadar, Borivali, Powai and Versova, and we're growing. THERAPY is operated by Rive Hospitality Private Limited, a founder-led hospitality group.

The role
We need a corporate chef, but for the bar. You'll own everything THERAPY pours cocktails, zero-proof drinks, mocktails, coffee, and the experimental side like slushies and frozen serves. You'll invent the recipes, build the menus, and make sure a drink tastes exactly the same in Khar as it does in Powai. You'll working directly with the founder and core team.

What you'll do

Menu and recipe development
• Create and refresh THERAPY's drinks menus across every outlet: cocktails, zero-proof, mocktails, coffee, slushies and frozen drinks.
• Run a steady R&D; pipeline idea, tasting, costing, floor trial,



launch with seasonal and limited-edition drinks on a set calendar.
• Build house-made components that scale across outlets: syrups, cordials, infusions, batched and clarified cocktails, ferments.
• Keep every menu balanced between crowd favourites, core cocktails, premium serves and signatures.

Coffee is a big part of this role
• Build THERAPY's coffee programme: espresso drinks, cold brew, signature coffees and coffee cocktails.
• Choose beans and roasters with our procurement team, dial in espresso recipes, and set grind, ratio and milk standards for every outlet.
• Train bar teams to pull consistent shots and texture milk properly and keep checking that they do.

Consistency across outlets
• Write a recipe card for every drink: exact measures, method, glassware, ice, garnish and a reference photo. One spec, every outlet.
• Keep every recipe and its cost current in our POS and inventory system, so the right
