• Provide operational support for HR IT applications, including SuccessFactors and related systems
• Manage and support SFSF system integrations and interfaces
• Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and reporting accuracy across HR IT landscape
• Support system configuration, releases, testing (UAT), and change activities
• Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and external service providers
• Monitor and resolve incidents, issues, and integration errors, including root cause analysis
• Support security, access controls, and audit/compliance activities
• Contribute to process documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist in stabilization, knowledge transfer, and transition of HR IT operations
