The role

“This could be interesting.” → “Let’s make it.” → “Let’s get people to see it.”
The role sits at the intersection of content, social media, SEO, creative and growth.

What you'll work on

Content & SEO
• Write blogs around AI, careers, interviews, resumes, students and hiring
• Research topics people are actually searching for
• Work with keywords, internal linking, basic SEO and backlinks
• Find ways to get Azisly content discovered beyond Google

Social & Distribution
• Manage the content calendar
• Schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms
• Understand what makes people stop scrolling
• Find relevant conversations and communities on Reddit, LinkedIn and elsewhere
• Think about distribution, not just publishing
• Identify content worth boosting and help improve its reach

Reels & Creative
• Ideate Reels, short videos, carousels and other formats
• Create simple videos using Canva, CapCut, HeyGen, ElevenLabs or similar AI tools
• Think about the hook, first frame,



thumbnail and story
• Turn a product feature into something people actually want to watch

Ideas & Campaigns
• Bring ideas for campaigns and product launches
• Spot trends and find ways to make them relevant to Azisly
• Help with PR ideas, outreach and brand communication
• Challenge boring or obvious content

Learn & Improve
• Track reach, engagement, clicks and signups
• Understand what's working and what's not
• Experiment with hooks, formats, topics and distribution
• Keep improving the content calendar based on what the audience responds to

What we're looking for

You don't need to know everything.
You do need curiosity, a creative eye and the willingness to figure things out.
• Clear, natural English
• Robust interest in content and social media
• Good instinct for hooks, visuals and storytelling
• Comfortable with AI tools and content creation tools
• Basic understanding of SEO and content distribution
• Willing
