About the role
A premium, farm-traceable superfood brand is building its direct-to-consumer business from the ground up. We're looking for a scrappy, hungry growth operator to own the launch of our first hero product and scale it into a subscription brand. This is a build-it role for someone who wants full ownership, not a seat in a big marketing team.

What you'll own




• The full D2C engine — Shopify store, subscription setup, checkout, and pre-sell campaigns
• Performance marketing — Meta and Google ads, run hands-on with a lean budget
• Content & creators — social across all platforms, influencer and creator seeding, founder-led content
• Acquisition & retention — paying subscribers, repeat rate, and the weekly growth dashboard
• Marketplace & quick-commerce — Amazon and Blinkit/Zepto/Instamart listings as we scale

What success looks like
• First 100 paying subscribers within the launch window
• A repeatable acquisition channel with CAC below target
• Month-on-month subscriber and MRR growth
• Healthy month-1 retention on subscriptions

What you must bring
• Proven D2C growth — you have personally grown a consumer/ wellness health/superfood brand’s online sale, and can quote the numbers (revenue/subscribers grown, CAC, ROAS, retention)
