About the role
As our Patient Counselor, you'll be the person patients and families rely on to understand their care. You'll explain treatment options, surgery details, costs and follow-ups clearly, and you'll work closely with our doctors and clinical team so every patient leaves knowing what happens next.
What you'll do
- Counsel patients and families on diagnosis, treatment and surgery options
- Explain costs, packages and payment or insurance options clearly and honestly
- Coordinate with doctors, OT and front desk on surgery scheduling and follow-ups
- Answer patient queries and handle concerns with patience and care
- Keep accurate counselling and follow-up records
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in patient counselling, healthcare, hospitality, admissions or another customer-facing role
- Fluent spoken and written Hindi and English
- Transparent, calm communicator who can explain medical and cost information simply
- Empathy, professionalism and comfort speaking with patients from all backgrounds
