Designation: Marketing Coordinator (Officer)

1. Job Purpose
To coordinate and monitor the complete flow of DFRs (Development/Design/Feasibility Requests), RFQs, costing, drawings, die development and sample trials received from assigned zones/divisions. The role will act as a central coordination point between Sales/Marketing, NPD, Design, Costing, Tool Room/Die Manufacturing and customers/zonal teams, ensuring timely responses and closure of enquiries.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. DFR Management & Tracking
• Receive DFRs from all Zones and maintain the DFR Master Sheet.
• Record DFR Number, date of receipt, originating zone/division and target response date.
• Acknowledge receipt of DFRs to the concerned zone/division.
• Monitor DFRs from receipt to final offer/closure and ensure adherence to response timelines.
• Link relevant email communication and correspondence with the respective DFR number in the Master Sheet.

B. Feasibility & Costing Coordination




• Route DFRs to NPD/Design for technical feasibility assessment.
• Coordinate with the Costing Department for section costing and commercial inputs.
• Follow up regularly with NPD, Design and Costing until the required inputs are released.
• Coordinate and follow up on section costing for assigned zones/divisions.
• Track pending cases and proactively highlight delays to the concerned stakeholders.
• Maintain proper records of completed, pending and closed DFRs.

C. Drawing & Offer Coordination
• Follow up with Design/NPD for counter drawings against customer/zone requirements.
• Ensure timely receipt of drawings and communicate/update the respective zone/division.
• Coordinate release of offers based on finalized drawings and costing.
• Maintain proper documentation and communication records for each enquiry.

D. New Die Development & Trial Coordination
• Issue current die manufacturing advice
