Once a project ships, you are the person who makes sure the client keeps getting value from it, and keeps working with us. You own the relationship after launch: check-ins, catching problems early, and finding the next thing worth building together.
What you will do
• Own the relationship with clients after their project ships.
• Run regular check-ins, and make sure clients are actually using what we built.
• Spot churn risk early, and fix small problems before they become reasons to leave.
• Identify where a client's automation or software could be extended, and loop in sales.
• Keep client feedback flowing back to the team that builds.
You might be a positive fit if
• You have managed client or customer relationships in a software or agency setting.
• You are proactive:
you reach out before a client has to ask what is going on.
• You can read between the lines of "everything's fine" and know when it is not.
• You write and speak clearly, and build trust easily.
Nice to have
• Experience with a CRM and basic reporting on account health.
• A technical-enough background to follow a conversation about automation or software without translation.
How we work
• A remote-first team, working with clients in the US, UK and India.
• We ship working software every week and show it to the client.
• Clients own the source code and infrastructure we build, so we earn our next project by doing this one well.
