Role Descriptions:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will partner with business leaders and managers to support business objectives through effective people strategies and HR practices. The role will be responsible for employee relations, performance management, talent development, employee engagement, workforce planning, HR operations, and compliance.
The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, provide practical solutions to people-related matters, and drive HR initiatives that support employee growth, engagement,



and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Business Partnering
• Partner with business leaders and managers to understand workforce needs and provide practical HR solutions
• Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees on people-related matters
• Ensure HR policies, processes, and initiatives are effectively implemented across the organization

Employee Relations:
• Address employee grievances, workplace concerns, conflicts, and behavioral issues in coordination with managers
• Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of employee relations matters
• Identify recurring employee concerns and recommend appropriate preventive measures

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
• Manage compensation and advantages processes in line with company policies
• Define, implement, and continuously improve HR and payroll processes and systems
• Ensure monthly pay
