What you'll do:
-Build and grow our global network of recruitment agencies, hospitals, care facilities and employers
-Negotiate and close placement contracts and MoUs with partners
-Match placement-ready candidates to open roles, working with our language and visa teams
-Drive interview follow-ups, offer conversion and CRM hygiene
-Represent NextNation at hiring fairs and industry forums
What we're looking for:
-3 to 5 years in placements, recruitment coordination or B2B partnerships
-Proven track record of signing contracts with agencies or employers (international exposure is a big plus)
-Sharp communication and negotiation skills for high-stakes employer conversations
-Comfortable juggling multiple partners and pipelines at once
