Role Description The Learning and Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Salem. This role is responsible for designing, implementing,



and evaluating learning initiatives that support team performance, guest service excellence, and the Radisson “Every Moment Matters” culture. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting training needs analyses, developing instructional materials, facilitating classroom and on-the-job training, and managing learning programs across departments. The manager will collaborate with hotel leadership to create leadership development pathways, track learning outcomes, and ensure alignment with global Radisson Hotel Group standards and brand values. The role also involves monitoring training effectiveness, maintaining learning documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in employee engagement and capability.
