Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance leader to build and own the quality engineering function for the Versa Messaging Service (VMS), a platform that distributes identity, posture, and threat-context data.
VMS is a Kubernetes-based appliance built from a Go microservices data plane, a Java/Spring Boot control plane, and a gRPC/Protobuf streaming contract consumed by other Versa products.
You will define the quality strategy for the platform, build automated test coverage across the Go data path,



establish integration and performance testing capabilities from first principles, embed quality gates into CI/CD, and lead a team of SDETs. You will work across engineering, DevOps, security, and release management, and coordinate with other product teams to ensure cross-product compatibility.

Educational Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech. or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication or equivalent.

Skilled Qualification:
15+ years of experience in software quality engineering, test automation and quality leadership, including a minimum of 5 years leading QA or SDET teams.
