About the Role
We are looking for a Staff / Lead Frontend Engineer with 10+ years of experience to join our engineering team. In this role, you will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of our high-performance, scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Application Development: Design, build, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using modern UI technology stacks.
• Component Architecture: Develop scalable, reusable, and modular frontend components across the organization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to define specs and deliver fluid user experiences.





Required Qualifications
• Experience: 10+ years of hands-on skilled frontend/UI software engineering experience.
• Core Stack: Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Framework: Deep, hands-on production expertise with React.js.
• Ecosystem & Tools: Strong proficiency with modern state management solutions, RESTful APIs, and modern build tools (e.g., Vite, Webpack).
• Core Engineering Principles: Practical expertise with responsive design, WCAG accessibility standards, and frontend performance optimization.
• Workflow: Solid experience using Git, CI/CD deployment pipelines, and Agile development workflows.
