Role Description The Business Development Associate – Sales role at Crio.Do is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective learners and partners, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting Crio.Do’s offerings in a clear, consultative manner. The associate will manage the entire sales cycle, including understanding learner needs, recommending suitable programs, handling objections, and closing enrollments.



Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking sales targets, collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, and providing feedback from prospects to improve offerings. The role also requires regular follow-ups, participation in events or webinars, and contributing to revenue growth by building strong, trust-based relationships.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in sales, business development, or inside sales, with the ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences clearly and confidently.
• Comfort with outbound outreach, lead qualification, and follow-up, using phone, email, and online meeting tools.
• Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools, with strong attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
