We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Sales Head – B2C to lead and scale our consumer sales function.
About the RoleAs the Sales Head – B2C, you will own the end-to-end sales and revenue function for Elewayte's BFSI courses.
You will be responsible for building and leading the sales organisation, driving enrolments and revenue, managing the complete sales funnel, improving conversion rates, and creating a scalable and high-performance sales engine.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has experience managing high-volume B2C/inside-sales teams and is passionate about delivering aggressive growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Business Ownership• Own the overall B2C revenue and enrolment targets.




• Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
• Drive the complete sales funnel from lead generation to enrolment and payment.
• Build a predictable sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions to close revenue gaps.
• Own sales forecasting and provide accurate business projections to the leadership team.

Team Leadership• Lead, manage, and scale the B2C sales team.
• Manage Sales Managers, Team Leaders, Counsellors, and Inside Sales Executives.
• Set individual and team targets and establish clear performance KPIs.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop high-performing sales talent.
• Build a robust performance-driven and accountable sales culture.
• Conduct regular performance, pipeline, and productivity reviews.
• Design and implement effective incentive and performance management structures.
