Role Description The Relationship Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective business clients using TradeIndia’s platform.



The Relationship Manager will handle client onboarding, explain platform features, address inquiries, and support clients in optimizing their listings and services. Daily responsibilities include conducting regular follow-ups, identifying opportunities for upselling value-added services, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly. The role also requires maintaining accurate records of client interactions, gathering feedback to improve service quality, and contributing to client retention and growth targets.
