Role Description The Executive Sales Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Kochi. This position is responsible for driving sales growth for NAOS brands in the assigned territory by building and maintaining strong relationships with dermatologists, healthcare professionals, key retailers, and distributors.



Day-to-day activities include conducting regular HCP visits, presenting product information and brand values, negotiating orders, and ensuring optimal product visibility and merchandising at points of sale. The role involves monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and implementing promotional activities and marketing initiatives in coordination with the sales and marketing teams. The Executive Sales Representative is also expected to provide feedback from the field, support training sessions for partners and staff, and uphold NAOS standards of ethical, customer-focused commercial practices.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets in FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or related industries.
