We are Looking for (HR Executive) (Job Description)Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements. (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc)Work on sourcing strategies for each role.Conduct recruitment activitiesWith use of innovative recruiting tools, review and select candidates to move forward from the slate presented by sourcing efforts, determine and instruct next course of action.Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with staff.Handle performance review, training and development and many other HR activities( Desired Candidate Profile)Willingness to travel, if requiredRequires strong computer and Internet research skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsSensitivity to confidential matters may be required.Positive spoken and written English is a plusEducation: BBA .
