Role Description This full time remote Phlebotomist role is responsible for safely collecting blood and other specimens from patients at home or designated locations, following established protocols and infection control standards. The role includes verifying patient identity,



explaining procedures in a clear and reassuring manner, preparing collection equipment, labeling samples accurately, and maintaining proper documentation. Phlebotomists will coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely specimen pickup, uphold cold chain integrity where required, and use digital tools for real-time tracking and reporting. Daily tasks also involve maintaining equipment hygiene, adhering to regulatory and company guidelines, and providing a professional, respectful experience for all patients. The role requires reliable communication with supervisors and colleagues, as well as consistent adherence to safety and quality procedures while working independently in the field.
