Role Description The Founder role at GlamLuxe is a full-time, on-site position based in Porbandar. The Founder will define and drive the overall vision, mission, and long-term strategy of the company, translating ideas into a explicit business roadmap. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing operations, guiding product and service development, managing budgets, and establishing efficient processes. The person in this role will build and lead small cross-functional teams, cultivate partnerships, and represent the brand in front of customers, suppliers,
