The Role:
We are looking for a versatile Motion Graphics & Video Editor to join our in-house team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our post-production, blending high-level motion design with sharp narrative editing.
Your day-to-day will be highly varied: you might spend the morning animating dynamic text and graphics for a social media campaign, the afternoon pacing out a tense micro-drama,
and the next day structurally cutting a long-form podcast or documentary. If you are a visual storyteller who thinks in keyframes but knows how to cut for emotion and rhythm, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Motion Graphics Leadership: Design and execute high-quality motion graphics, typography, and visual effects primarily using Adobe After Effects to elevate standard footage.
• Versatile Editing: Edit a wide spectrum of content, ranging from fast-paced social media shorts and micro-dramas to long-form non-fiction formats like podcasts and documentaries.
• Narrative Pacing: Structure and assemble raw footage into polished stories, maintaining a strong sense of rhythm, audience attention, and emotional resonance.
• Workflow Management: Manage project files, organize assets efficiently, and ensure seamless delivery of final assets optimized for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
