Must Have

• 7–12 years QA / Quality Engineering experience.
• Robust hands-on QA metrics and KPI framework experience.
• Experience building QA dashboards and executive reporting.
• Strong Power BI / Tableau / Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Jira / Azure DevOps or equivalent reporting experience.
• Solid understanding of defect lifecycle, coverage and quality KPIs.
• Robust analytical and presentation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

• Own QA KPI framework, metric definitions,



data collection and reporting.
• Establish Phase 1 quality baseline and Phase 3 improvement measurement.
• Define and track FT Pass Rate, defect density/leakage, coverage, automation, cycle time and release readiness.
• Build operational and executive QA dashboards with drill-down/trend analysis.
• Analyse quality trends, defect patterns, risks and process bottlenecks.
• Correlate QA metrics with release outcomes and business impact.
• Automate data collection and reporting wherever practical.
• Support AI-assisted quality analytics, predictive insights and executive
