About Matrix Wellness
Matrix Wellness is the doctor-led recovery and longevity centre of the celebrity-backed Matrix group, now open in Santacruz, Mumbai. Alongside cryotherapy, red light, PEMF, hyperbaric and IV therapy, we run a premium bodywork floor, and we are looking for a senior therapist to own it.

The role
You will lead our spa rooms end to end: deliver treatments to a five-star standard, set the protocols, and raise the bar for the therapists around you. You will work closely with our doctor and nursing team so bodywork sessions fit into each client's recovery programme.

What you'll do
• Deliver our bodywork menu to a five-star standard: Signature, Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone, Balinese and Bamboo massage (60 and 90 min)
• Design and document the treatment protocol and sequence for each of the six rituals
• Train and mentor junior therapists; audit their technique and hygiene
• Maintain spa room standards: turnover, linen, product stock, cleaning and disinfection protocol

• Advise clients on home care and retail products; contribute to session packs and memberships
• Keep accurate treatment notes and client preferences in our CRM

What we're looking for
• 5+ years as a spa therapist, at least 2 in a five-star hotel spa, luxury day spa or wellness clinic
• Recognised massage therapy certification (CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC or equivalent)
• Must be expert in Deep Tissue, Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone and Bamboo massage; Balinese strongly preferred
• Has trained or supervised other therapists
• Comfortable with a six-day week including weekends, on a roster
• Fluent English; Hindi/Marathi helpful
• Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate

Why join
• Lead role on a recent, premium wellness floor with the latest recovery technology
• Work alongside doctors, nurses and nutritionists, not a standalone salon
• Growth path as Matrix Wellness opens franchise centres across India
