Your job:

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot global Windows Server environments
• Provide L2 and L3 support for incidents and service requests
• Deploy, configure, upgrade, migrate, and decommission Windows servers
• Plan, implement, document, and validate infrastructure changes
• Coordinate Windows Server patching
• Support server hardening, Microsoft Defender, vulnerability remediation, and compliance activities
• Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) and secure use of privileged and service accounts
• Monitor server availability, capacity, performance, and security
• Maintain operational documentation and CMDB information
• Follow ITIL processes and participate in continuous service improvement
• Participate in the on-call rotation for 24x7 operations

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent qualified experience




• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise Windows Server administration and support
• Strong Windows Server administration and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with server deployment, lifecycle management, and patching
• Good knowledge of Group Policy and basic Active Directory administration
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills
• Experience with monitoring tools and virtualized Windows environments
• Knowledge of Hyper-V and backup/recovery concepts
• Practical experience with server hardening, Microsoft Defender or similar EDR solutions, vulnerability management, and PAM
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools and ITIL processes
• Very good written and spoken English
