Role Description

The Wedding Planner role at Viraaya Weddings is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role involves managing end-to-end wedding planning, including initial client consultations, concept development, and detailed event timelines. The Wedding Planner coordinates with venues, décor teams, hospitality providers, and production partners to ensure all elements align with the client’s vision and budget.



Daily responsibilities include vendor management, guest coordination, site visits, schedule oversight, and real-time problem solving during events. The role requires close collaboration with clients and the internal team to deliver refined, well-organized, and memorable wedding experiences.

Qualifications

• Robust Planning and Event Planning skills to manage timelines, logistics, and multiple events simultaneously.
• Specialized Wedding Planning experience, including concept development, ceremony and reception coordination, and cultural or destination wedding requirements.
• Budgeting skills to create, manage, and track event budgets while optimizing costs and maintaining quality.
• Excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on client communication, expectation management, and relationship building.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with high attention to detail.
