About Hoola HealthHoola Health is building a more human, accessible, and supportive approach to pediatric healthcare. We bring together pediatricians, therapists, child-development experts, nutritionists, and parents to make healthcare guidance simpler, more trusted, and easier to access.
We’re looking for a creative, people-first Community & Social Media Executive to help build and grow the Hoola community from the ground up. You’ll manage our WhatsApp communities, support Hoola’s social media presence, create engaging content, and work closely with healthcare experts and community volunteers.
This role is ideal for someone who lives on social media, has a solid sense of content, enjoys engaging with people, and genuinely wants to build meaningful communities.
What You'll DoCommunity Management• Set up, manage, grow, and moderate Hoola’s WhatsApp communities and groups.
• Keep communities active, safe, welcoming, and valuable for parents.
• Create and maintain community guidelines,



particularly around sensitive topics such as child health and parenting.
• Monitor conversations and ensure members have a positive community experience.
• Identify common questions, concerns, and conversations within the community and share insights with the relevant teams.

Social Media Management• Support Hoola’s presence across Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Assist in planning and maintaining the social media content calendar.
• Create and publish engaging posts, stories, reels, polls, and other social content.
• Stay updated on social media trends, formats, features, and emerging platforms.
• Identify opportunities to turn community conversations and insights into relevant social content.
