Role Description This is a full time, on-site Junior Advocate role based in West Delhi. The Junior Advocate will assist senior lawyers with case preparation, including legal research, drafting petitions, contracts, and other legal documents, and organizing case files. The role includes attending client meetings, coordinating with court staff, and supporting in court appearances under supervision. The Junior Advocate will help track case progress, manage documentation, and ensure timely filing of pleadings and applications. The position requires proactive communication, attention to detail,



and a willingness to learn from experienced legal professionals.
Qualifications

• Possess strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret statutes, case law, and legal precedents.
• Demonstrate proficiency in legal drafting, including petitions, written statements, notices, and contracts.
• Exhibit clear written and verbal communication skills for interaction with clients, courts, and internal teams.
• Maintain excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple matters and deadlines.
• Hold an LL.B degree from a recognized institution and be eligible to practice law as per applicable regulations.
• Show professionalism, ethical conduct, and a commitment to confidentiality in all aspects of work.
