Roles and Responsibilities:
• Administer and support Siemens Polarion environments, including configuration, user access, workflows, projects, and system settings.
• Develop and maintain automation and scripts to streamline Polarion administration and recurring operational tasks.
• Investigate and resolve platform, integration, configuration, and user-access issues through structured troubleshooting.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement corrective actions to improve platform reliability.
• Support application lifecycle management processes and provide technical guidance to engineering and software delivery teams.
Skills Required:
• 7 to 9 years of relevant experience in Polarion administration, ALM support, automation,
scripting, and technical troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens Polarion administration and application lifecycle management platforms.
• Strong scripting and automation experience for platform administration and operational workflows.
• Proven troubleshooting skills across enterprise application environments and integrations.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and documenting corrective and preventive actions.
Positive to Have:
• Experience leading L2/L3 technical support operations and coordinating complex incident resolution.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
